Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, we will NOT refund if item is returned without tracking and ‘disappears’ prior to reaching us.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned:
● Custom or personalized orders
● Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
● Items on sale
● Items that use our gift wrapping service.
● When not in the original packaging materials and condition as sent to you.
● Change of mind
● Nor can items that have been clearly worn, used, repaired or cleaned by you or another.

● A $5.00 restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
● BUT I may refuse to accept a return/refund if:
● You did not read and double check all measurements provided.
● You did not fully check and enlarge all the photos to check on flaws/fading/stains/tears/etc before purchase. I write down the condition in detail and try to document them in images, if unsure I am happy to send more images or respond to questions via email.
